Some simple truths....  wellbeing doesn't wait.... the future you will be grateful for any steps you take today to nurture your mind, nourish your body and feed your soul.

It doesn't always take big effort to achieve great results.  Small, consistent effort on a regular basis is the secret of real success and sustained change.

Also, it's easy to get side tracked and caught up in the "busyness" of life.  Remember to take time to move and stretch the body, train and relax the mind.  All of our courses and training are designed to help you make best use of your time whilst supporting you achieve your goals.

How are you doing?

Easy question?  Or do you find that life has got too busy to even ask the question....  If like many of us, you are doing your best and are either "wired and tired" or simply feel something is "missing" and there should be more enjoyment to life....

Many people simply carry on "carrying on", however our bodies and minds hold on to tension, trauma and busyness... it's important to take time out to rest and re-set.

Did you know that our Essential Skills Collection contains free online courses to help get you started?

Even better, these courses are totally free to access.  They are "complimentary, free, gratis, libre, gratuit".

We can help if you are feeling...

  • Tired and wired.  Overstimulated with a busy mind that won't switch off.

  • Unheard and unseen, always putting others needs first.

  • Feel you have more to give and there is potential for more enjoyment in life.

  • Have been through some tough times and are ready for some positive change.

It's important to create time and invest in your wellbeing, health and happiness. This helps give you a sound foundation to thrive.  Learning to tune into the body's needs, to let yourself feel and time to "reset" are essential to maximise well being and help you reach your potential.

The time you put in now, each effort will bring good results....

The focus and energy gets easier and easier, like any new skill, hard at first but then suddenly becomes a LOT easier.  Then you'll find yourself in a healthy routine...

When you begin to experience the results of working on your mind, body or fitness, you won't look back.  That's my guarantee to you.

If you've been through difficult times,  work in a stressful job or have had to consistently put others needs above your own, take some time out to regain perspective, connect with others and support the body and mind.

My journey...

As a hard worker, I've ended up in busy and stressful roles including front line public sector as well as navigating the challenges of running a business.  Add on top of this, lots of change and recovering from cancer in 2016 I had to use everything I knew to stay mentally and physically strong.

In life, you only know how good something is when it has been tested. The techniques I had learnt (and taught) both prior to and following this time have given me and others a solid foundation to not just live, but to thrive. Whilst I qualified as a registered Yoga Teacher (registered with the Yoga Alliance), it was the combination of skills including Reiki, Yoga and Meditation that I applied consistently to maintain a healthy body and mind.

With an interest in health and fitness I went on to add personal training and fitness instructing to the qualifications.  I believe that feeling good in your body should be accessible to everyone.  Many of my students have gained increased confidence, enjoyed greater health and peace of mind as a result of using simple techniques on a regular basis.

I invite you to try one of the online courses, join us for an empowering or relaxing workshop or enjoy the peace and sanctuary on one of our residential retreats!
