We offer targeted yoga (based on our programmes available on Udemy) which are accessible and enjoyable to beginners through to seasoned yogis.  These programmes support greater health and peace of mind. We bring nature to you, provide you with the right environment, teachings, company and space for you to thrive.

We don't just stop there.  Post course support is available both in person and online including access to free Udemy programmes and teacher support.

Yoga for Health in person retreat at Trigonos, Wales

Come and be nurtured with soulful food in a very special location surrounded by lakes and mountains that bring nature to you. Escape the busyness and complexity of normal life with like minded-souls enabling you to return to life recharged, rebalanced, and with greater knowledge and support.

 

This course is based on the "Yoga for Heath" program available online through Udemy (free to access) written and produced by Sian Young (Yoga Alliance and Cimspa registered instructor).

 

There are additional meditation spaces should you wish to meditate in addition to the organized sessions. This retreat is about nurturing and promoting good health. In line with this core objective, they offer nourishing and healthy food (vegetarian, with vegan and gluten-free options available) through the Trigonos team using local and seasonal produce.
